Job Description:
Full job descriptionFinance & Operations Executive | Boutique Talent & Model Management Agency | London / Hybrid
Harmonic is partnering with a boutique talent and model management agency operating at the intersection of fashion, culture and content, working with leading global brands and creative talent from its own studio space in London.
The business is entrepreneurial and fast-moving, and is building out a more structured finance and operations function to support its next stage of growth. This is a genuine ground-floor opportunity to grow with the business as that function takes shape.
The Role
This is a generalist Finance & Operations Executive role, ideal for someone early in their career who wants exposure across finance, accounts and business operations rather than a narrow administrative function.
You will work across four key areas: office operations, agent/booking support, accounts administration, and visa/right to work compliance. The role is deliberately broad at the outset, with a clear path to progressively take on more financial and operational responsibility, and the clear pathway to progress and develop further finance responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
*Process supplier invoices and manage the purchase ledger, supporting weekly invoicing, credit control and the sales ledger.
*Prepare company expense reports and support day to day accounts administration, including management of relevant finance inboxes.
*Maintain accurate talent and booking records within agency software, alongside financial and administrative documentation for the agent and booking teams.
*Support Creative Worker and other relevant visa applications, maintaining accurate right to work and compliance records, including expiry dates and conditions.
*Coordinate model travel, accommodation and studio time slots, and support the onboarding of newly signed talent, ensuring systems and documentation are kept up to date.
*Support the smooth day to day running of the studio and office, including supplier and building management relationships, supplies and inventory.
*Ad hoc tasks to support the wider business
What We Need to See (Essential Experience)
*Relevant degree (i,e. Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management/Administration, etc.)
*3+ years of relevant work experience.
*Strong numerical skills and a good working understanding of basic accounting and financial principles.
*Confident with Excel/Google Sheets
*Exposure to processing invoices and expenses, and maintaining financial records with a high level of accuracy.
Package
Salary: £45,000
Location: London
Working Pattern: Hybrid, office-based with 1 day WFH per week
