Candidates should read the job description carefully and be prepared to discuss duties such as:
*Grass cutting and strimming
*Hedge and shrub maintenance
*Weeding, planting and general horticultural work
*Leaf clearance and litter picking
*Use and basic maintenance of grounds-maintenance machinery
*Keeping outdoor areas clean, safe and presentable
*Working as part of a team and sometimes independently
*Previous gardening, landscaping, grounds maintenance or outdoor work
*Using tools and machinery safely
*Working to deadlines or schedules
*Working in a team
*Working independently and using initiative
*Dealing with difficult weather or physically demanding work
