ARM are delighted to be working with our client to help them recruit a Commercial Manager on a 4 month contract.




The Role:


*Managing end-to-end procurement activities.
*Developing procurement strategies and routes to market.
*Drafting and finalising procurement and contract documentation.
*Running procurements through e-tendering systems.
*Managing tender clarification processes.
*Coordinating evaluation and consensus meetings.
*Negotiating and forming contracts.
*Working closely with project teams and stakeholders.
*Providing procurement updates and commercial advice to the business.
*Ensuring procurement compliance and governance requirements are met.


Requirements:


*Contract formation and negotiation.
*Procurement strategy development.
*Understanding of contracting options and routes to market
*Experience procuring and managing large framework agreements.
*NEC contract experience
*CIPS qualification
*Commercial thinker with strategic capability.
*Able to manage competing priorities and complex procurement exercises
