Job Description:
Full job descriptionWe’re looking for a 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join a small, friendly IT team, providing day-to-day technical support to users across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their IT career in a varied, hands-on environment.
Please note, this role is fully office based in Fareham. On-site parking is available.
The Role
*Provide 1st line support across hardware, software, Microsoft 365 and user accounts
*Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues, escalating more complex problems where required
*Set up equipment, onboard users and provide general technical support
Requirements
*Previous experience in a 1st line / service desk / IT support role
*Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365
*Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable
*Active Directory / Azure AD
*Basic networking knowledge
*Experience with VoIP, hardware or business systems
