The Role
*Lead the delivery of a diverse range of building surveying commissions across both professional and project work.
*Manage refurbishment, fit-out, maintenance and asset improvement projects from inception through to completion.
*Undertake building surveys, condition assessments, defect analysis and technical advisory services.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while supporting business development activities.
*Mentor and develop junior surveyors within the team.
*Play an active role in the growth and success of the Bristol office and wider South West region.
About You
*MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor.
*Experience gained within a consultancy or commercial property environment.
*Strong technical knowledge across both project and professional surveying services.
*Confident client-facing professional with excellent communication skills.
*Commercially aware, proactive, and keen to contribute to business growth.
*Ambitious and motivated to progress your career within a growing consultancy.
