We are currently recruiting Care Assistants / Support Workers to join a specialist children’s residential care service supporting children and young people with complex needs.
About the Role
You will provide compassionate, person-centred support, helping young people feel safe, settled and valued while encouraging their independence and development.
Requirements
*Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN / complex needs – essential
*Experience with autism, ADHD, learning disabilities or challenging behaviour is desirable
*Caring, friendly and engaging personality
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*Reliable and committed to safeguarding
*Full UK driving licence preferred due to the rural location
*Candidates using public transport may be considered where shift times can be accommodated
