I’m working with a fantastic accountancy practice in London that is looking to strengthen its Corporate Tax team with an ambitious Corporate Tax Senior.
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants more than simply churning through compliance work. You’ll have the chance to broaden your technical exposure, get closer to clients and build towards the next stage of your career within a supportive and ambitious team.
The role
You’ll be involved across a varied corporate tax portfolio, including:
*Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
*Preparing and reviewing corporation tax computations and returns
*Supporting clients with day-to-day corporate tax queries
*Getting involved in tax advisory and planning work
*Working alongside Managers and Partners on more complex assignments
*Building strong relationships with clients and becoming a trusted point of contact
*Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team
*Identifying opportunities to add value for clients
What they’re looking for
You don’t need to tick every box, but ideally you’ll have:
*Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice
*Solid corporate tax experience
*Experience across corporate tax compliance
*A genuine interest in developing your advisory skillset
*Strong communication and client-facing skills
*ATT, CTA or ACA/ACCA qualification/study would be advantageous
*A proactive attitude and desire to progress
