Are you passionate about travel and looking to build a career in the industry?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established online travel company in Hertfordshire as a Australia & New Zealand Travel Specialist, where you’ll have the opportunity to turn your passion and knowledge of North America into unforgettable holidays for customers.
You’ll be responsible for creating tailor-made itineraries across Australia & New Zealand, using your destination knowledge to recommend hotels, experiences, excursions and unique travel ideas that suit each customer.
Travel industry experience is NOT essential as full training and support will be given.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Creating bespoke tailor-made itineraries to Australia & New Zealand
*Provide a high level of service ensuring that customers receive an exceptional service and maximise revenue
*Promote products to clients to meet targets and KPIs
*Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to customers about destinations, airlines, ground arrangements, etc.
*Ensure quality control for all documentation sent to clients, ensuring the content is accurate at all times
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
*Well-travelled to Australia & New Zealand
*Experience of tailor making itineraries to Australia & New Zealand is an advantage but not essential.
*Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
*The ability to prioritise workload, demonstrating good organisational skills.
THE PACKAGE:
*The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary (depending on experience)
*Uncapped commission and bonuses - £30,000 to £35,000 on-target earnings
*22 days annual leave, plus UK bank holidays
*The option to add an additional 5 days’ holiday
*Enhanced company pension scheme
*BUPA private healthcare (after qualifying period)
*Comprehensive sales and product training
*Familiarisation trips to your specialist destinations
