An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Finance Associate to join a highly regarded and growing London law firm with a strong reputation in the property finance market. The role offers exposure to high-quality lender and borrower work across a diverse range of property transactions.
Working within a successful and collaborative team, you will advise on a broad range of real estate finance matters, including:
*Investment and acquisition finance
*Development finance
*Bridging finance
*Secured lending transactions
*Acting for a varied client base of lenders, investors and property professionals
About You
*England & Wales qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE
*Experience gained within a recognised Real Estate Finance or Banking team
*Strong technical and client management skills
*Commercial, proactive and able to manage matters with increasing autonomy
*An interest in business development and building long-term client relationships
