Location: Northwich CW8
Working schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Rate of pay: £13.50ph - £15.86ph dependant on experience
Temporary position until January 2027 - fully office based.
Adecco are recruiting for an experienced and versatile Operations & Contracts Administrator to support our client on a temporary contract until January 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys coordinating projects, managing customer communications, and ensuring business operations run smoothly.
Working in a fast-paced office environment, you will play a key role in supporting projects from order placement through to installation and completion, ensuring excellent service is delivered to both customers and field teams.
Key Responsibilities
*Processing and completing customer contracts accurately and efficiently.
*Inputting new orders onto internal systems and maintaining accurate records.
*Monitoring factory lead times and coordinating installation schedules.
*Booking installation dates with customers and managing project timelines.
*Scheduling field-based teams and issuing daily work information.
*Arranging hire equipment.
*Liaising with customers, suppliers, and installation teams to resolve queries.
*Tracking installation progress and recording job updates.
*Collecting completion documentation, customer sign-offs, and site photographs.
*Preparing completed job files ready for invoicing.
We are looking for someone who:
*Has previous administration, operations, logistics, or project coordination experience.
*Possesses excellent organisational and time management skills.
*Demonstrates strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
*Has a professional and confident telephone manner.
*Can effectively communicate with customers, suppliers, and field-based teams.
*Thrives in a busy environment and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
