The Supply Register is proud to be working in partnership with a number of leading school trusts across the Liverpool area, and we’re currently looking for a friendly, organised and reliable School Administrator to join one of our partner schools on a temporary basis.
Looking for a role that gives you great work-life balance, daytime hours and school holidays off? This could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Your Duties Will Include:*Providing day-to-day administrative support to the school
*Answering calls, emails and general enquiries
*Welcoming visitors, parents and pupils
*Maintaining accurate records and school databases
*Supporting attendance and pupil administration
*Preparing letters, reports and other school documents
*Assisting staff with general administrative tasks
*Maintaining a professional and welcoming reception area
