£38,000 - £45,000 DOE
Clark Wood are working with an established accountancy firm in Coventry who are looking to recruit a Senior VFO / VFO Team Leader as a priority.
This is a key role within the VFO team, managing a portfolio of clients while providing leadership, support and development to the wider team.
The Role*Manage a portfolio of VFO / outsourced finance clients
*Act as a key point of contact for clients
*Oversee the delivery of outsourced finance services
*Provide leadership and support to the VFO team
*Review work and ensure quality and deadlines are met
*Mentor and develop junior team members
*Work closely with the VFO Manager
*Support the continued development of the VFO service
About YouThe ideal candidate will have:
*ACCA, ACA or equivalent qualification, or substantial relevant experience
*Previous experience in VFO, outsourced finance or finance team leadership
*Strong client management and communication skills
*Experience managing workloads and supporting a team
*A commercial and proactive approach
*The ability to work independently and take ownership
