Full job descriptionDue to ongoing success, a leading London-based property asset manager is urgently seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring two days per week in the London office and three days working remotely.
The primary focus of this role is to coordinate the end-to-end processing of alteration requests across the companies’ diverse portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
*Overview of Lease and Title Documents:Verify client’s legal ownership through Land Registry titles, while critically reviewing the lease, transfers, and deeds to determine if proposed property alterations are legally permitted, prohibited, or conditional
*Review of Proposed Plans: Review and assess drawings and plans submitted for proposed property alterations
*Initial Assessments: Provide customers with a clear outline of the landlord’s requirements, any additional supporting documentation that may be required, and issue a breakdown of costs applicable including external legal and professional fees
*Customer Telephone Liaison: Provide customers with clear responses regarding their applications, resolving initial issues to deliver accurate progress updates
Ideal Candidate:
*Previous administrative experience, ideally within the property sector
*Knowledge of freehold and leasehold properties and leases
*Excellent communication and organisational skills
*Strong work ethic and attention to detail
