8-hour shiftsPertemps are recruiting 2 x HGV Class 1 Shunter Drivers to join a busy logistics operation in Derbyshire.We have three positions available, offering consistent Monday to Friday work across day, afternoon and night shifts.Available Shifts & Pay Day Shunte

Afternoon Shunter*Monday to Friday
*1:00pm – 9:00pm
*£16.38 per hour
Night Shunter*Monday to Friday
*9:00pm – 5:00am
*£18.75 per hour
The Role*Safely shunting trailers around the yard
*Moving trailers between loading bays and parking areas
*Carrying out daily vehicle checks
*Ensuring all trailer movements are completed safely and efficiently
*Working closely with the transport and warehouse teams
*Following all site health & safety procedures
*Maintaining high standards of safety at all times
Requirements*Valid HGV Class 1 (Category C+E) licence
*Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
*Previous Class 1 driving or shunting experience is desirable
*Good understanding of transport legislation and health & safety
*Reliable with excellent timekeeping
*Comfortable working in a busy yard environment
