Full job descriptionSEN Teacher – Pioneer House SEN School (Manchester)
In partnership with The Supply Register
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (Term Time Only)
Start Date: ASAP /October half term
Contract: Full-Time (hours may vary based on school needs)
Are you an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher ready to make a meaningful impact?
The Supply Register is delighted to be working in partnership with Pioneer House SEN School in Manchester, a specialist setting dedicated to supporting pupils with a range of additional needs. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate SEN Teacher who is passionate about creating inclusive learning experiences and helping every child achieve their full potential.
The RoleAs an SEN Teacher, you will:
*Plan and deliver creative, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
*Support pupils with EHCPs and a variety of additional needs
*Foster a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment
*Work collaboratively with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs and wider support teams
*Track and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies where needed
*Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and families
What We’re Looking For*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
*Proven experience working with SEN pupils in a school or specialist setting
*Strong behaviour management and classroom skills
*Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
*A patient, resilient and nurturing approach

Requirements*A valid DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
