Job Description:
Full job descriptionRapier Employment are looking for Class 1 drivers to support our well-known client based in Reading.
** Must have held licence for 6 months (category C+E) **
Position: Class 1 Driver
Days: Site operate 24/7 - weekday and weekend
Pay: £20.21 - £29.43 per hour
Times: Start times between 12:00 - 16:00
Days: Saturday and Sunday is a must with 3 other days in the week - 5 days available if both weekend days are covered. If looking for 1-2 days, reach out as we could have some adhoc shifts
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
*Trunking to a variety of distribution centres across the country
*Guaranteed 8 hours a shift
*Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure road worthiness and report any maintenance or mechanical issues
*Weekend and weekday work available
Requirements:
*Full UK Licence (Cat C+E)
*CPC Card
*Digi Card
*Held licence for 6 months (category C+E)
