Are you a confident salesperson who knows how to open doors and win new business?
Autograph Recruitment is working with a growing organisation looking for a driven Business Development Manager to join its commercial team.
You don’t need experience within a specific industry. We’re simply looking for someone who has successfully sold a service, enjoys speaking with new clients and knows how to turn opportunities into long-term business.
This is a genuine new-business role, so you’ll need to be comfortable approaching prospective clients, building relationships with decision-makers and managing the sales process through to completion.


What you’ll be doing

*Identifying and approaching new prospective clients

*Building strong relationships with key decision-makers

*Understanding clients’ needs and presenting the right service

*Managing the full sales cycle, from initial conversation to closing the deal

*Preparing proposals and delivering engaging presentations

*Developing a strong pipeline of new opportunities

*Working closely with internal teams to ensure new clients receive an excellent service



What we’re looking for

*Experience selling a service within any industry

*A proven ability to generate and win new business

*A confident, engaging and personable approach

*Strong communication and relationship-building skills

*The motivation to manage your own pipeline and achieve targets

*A proactive attitude and genuine appetite for business development
