An opportunity has become available for an Employment Senior Solicitor / Associate to join an established Aberdeen employment team handling a broad range of advisory and contentious matters for employer clients.
You’ll work closely with businesses across multiple sectors, providing pragmatic employment law advice while developing your expertise within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

The role
*Advise employers on employment law and workplace issues
*Manage Tribunal proceedings, including drafting ET3s
*Prepare employment contracts, policies and procedures
*Advise on settlement agreements and employee relations matters
*Support corporate transactions involving employment law considerations
*Deliver training sessions and client updates
About you
*2+ years’ PQE in employment law
*Experience advising employer clients
*Strong drafting and communication skills
*Organised and able to manage a varied workload
*Commercial and client-focused approach
