We’re recruiting for an experienced Property Manager or Senior Property Manager to join a highly respected and growing estate agency in Norfolk, based at their Dereham office.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lettings and property management professional to take responsibility for a residential portfolio, work alongside an established team and develop their career within a progressive and successful business.
The Role
As a Property Manager / Senior Property Manager, you will:
*Manage a portfolio of residential properties and tenancies
*Oversee the full tenancy management cycle
*Ensure properties and tenancies remain compliant with current legislation
*Manage maintenance issues and coordinate repairs efficiently
*Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
*Handle property queries professionally and deliver excellent customer service
*Work closely with the wider lettings team to maintain high service standards
*Manage your workload effectively and contribute to the continued growth of the branch
Property Manager / Senior Property Manager Requirements
*Previous experience within lettings, property management, estate agency or social housing
*Good understanding of current lettings legislation and upcoming legislative changes
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills
*Confident and professional telephone manner
*Excellent organisational and administration skills
*Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel
*Ability to prioritise workloads and work effectively under pressure
*Mature, proactive and able to work independently
*Genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
*Committed to personal development and keen to progress
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
