Job Description:
Full job descriptionWhat you’ll get:· Remote working with core hours of 9:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

This is not your average wealth management firm.
We’re working with a modern, growing wealth management business that supports ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families through a purpose-led, values-driven approach to financial advice.
Combining a highly personal level of service with the freedom and agility of a growth-stage company, they’re now looking for an experienced, detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join their small and dynamic team.
This is a fully remote role where you’ll play a key part in improving operational efficiency, building strong relationships with providers, and helping the wider team deliver an exceptional service to clients with significant and often complex financial needs.
What you’ll be doing:· Owning and improving provider relationships, becoming a go-to contact for queries and resolutions
· Managing and organising client documentation and digital files using CRM and document management systems
· Supporting advisers and paraplanners by preparing files and chasing providers and other third parties
· Ensuring all documentation is accurate, compliant and complete
· Helping keep money moving efficiently through the advice and implementation process
· Participating in regular virtual team meetings and quarterly in-person meetups
What we’re looking for:· Previous experience within a financial planning or IFA administration role
· Someone who is passionate about joining a growing business and contributing to its future
· A genuine desire to learn, develop and get involved in the broader business
· Confidence communicating with providers and third parties to resolve queries
· Comfortable working independently within a remote environment
· Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good judgement
· Tech-savvy and open to new ways of working within a modern, digital-first firm
If you’re looking for a forward-thinking financial planning business that values quality, personality and purpose as much as process, this could be a brilliant next step.
