Office, Hybrid or Fully Remote
Are you an experienced appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner looking for a senior opportunity that provides genuine flexibility?
A leading business within the volume IVA market is looking to appoint a licensed Insolvency Practitioner with extensive experience of working in a high-volume personal insolvency environment.
The company is open to full-time and part-time working arrangements. Depending on your location and preferences, the role can be performed from the office, on a hybrid basis or remotely.
Your Role
You will act as an appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner across a substantial IVA portfolio, providing technical oversight and ensuring that appointments are administered properly, fairly and in accordance with all relevant regulatory standards.
Your duties will include:
*Accepting and taking responsibility for IVA appointments
*Providing technical guidance to case management and operational teams
*Reviewing cases involving complex, unusual or higher-risk circumstances
*Maintaining appropriate regulatory, statutory and compliance standards
*Supporting the development of robust internal procedures
*Monitoring case progression, quality and customer outcomes
*Liaising with creditors, regulators and professional advisers where required
*Working alongside the senior leadership team on operational and technical matters
*Promoting a strong culture of quality, accountability and compliance
About You
To be considered, you must be a qualified and licensed Insolvency Practitioner with experience of taking IVA appointments. You should also have a strong understanding of the operational demands and regulatory responsibilities associated with a volume IVA provider.
You will be confident, commercially aware and capable of making balanced professional decisions. Strong communication skills are essential, together with the ability to support colleagues and explain technical matters clearly.
