Location: Office-Based, Hybrid or Remote
Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner to join a leading company operating within the volume IVA sector.
The business is seeking a commercially aware and technically capable professional with proven experience of taking appointments and working within a high-volume IVA environment. This is a key position offering considerable flexibility, with office-based, hybrid and fully remote working arrangements available. Both full-time and part-time applications will be considered.
The Role
As an appointment-taking Insolvency Practitioner, you will take responsibility for a portfolio of IVA appointments and help ensure cases are managed in accordance with regulatory, statutory and internal requirements.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Taking formal appointments on volume IVA cases
*Providing oversight and guidance throughout the IVA lifecycle
*Ensuring cases comply with current legislation, regulatory requirements and Statements of Insolvency Practice
*Reviewing case quality, compliance and risk
*Supporting operational teams with technical and complex case queries
*Monitoring performance and ensuring appropriate standards are maintained
*Contributing to the continued development of processes and controls
*Working closely with senior management, compliance and operational teams
*Representing the business professionally with creditors and other stakeholders
The Successful Candidate
Applicants should:
*Be a qualified and licensed Insolvency Practitioner
*Have current or recent experience of taking IVA appointments
*Possess substantial experience within a volume IVA business
*Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of personal insolvency
*Understand the regulatory and compliance requirements affecting IVA providers
*Be comfortable working within a fast-moving, process-driven environment
*Have excellent communication, leadership and decision-making skills
*Be able to manage risk while maintaining strong commercial awareness
