We’re working with an established and successful business within the construction & manufacturing sector, based on the outskirts of Horsham, who are currently going through an exciting period of expansion.
As the business continues to grow, they’re looking to add a Production & Order Coordinator to the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong order processing or coordination experience to take the next step in their career, with full training, ongoing support and genuine scope to develop and progress as the business grows.
You’ll be a key link between the customer and production, making sure orders are processed accurately and then smoothly coordinated through to completion and delivery.
The Role
*Taking approved quotes through to order, checking all details are accurate and compliant before processing
*Checking specifications, materials and relevant requirements to ensure orders are correct
*Processing orders and updating the CRM/system with all relevant information
*Coordinating orders through the various stages of production
*Liaising closely with the production team to monitor progress and timescales
*Keeping customers updated throughout the process and managing any queries or changes
*Working in a fast-paced, reactive environment where attention to detail is key
*Ensuring orders progress smoothly through to completion and delivery
The Person:
*Previous experience in order processing, order coordination or a similar customer/production coordination role
*Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident working at pace and managing multiple orders/priorities
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Comfortable liaising with both customers and internal teams
*Good IT/system skills and confidence picking up new systems
*Manufacturing or construction experience would be highly advantageous, but is not essential
The Package
*£28,000 - £32,000pa DOE
*Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm
*Fully office-based & own transport is essential due to the office location
*Excellent training and ongoing support
