Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm
Location: Clifton, Bristol
Start Date: Flexible

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a high-performing team in Clifton as a Portfolio Manager.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong landlord relationships, delivering excellent service and taking ownership of a property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities*Managing a portfolio of landlord properties


*Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants


*Managing maintenance, compliance and property visits


*Handling queries and complaints professionally


*Leading the student changeover process


*Supporting junior team members


*Keeping up to date with lettings legislation


About You*Previous Property Management experience is essential


*Strong communication and client relationship skills


*Excellent organisation and problem-solving abilities


*Good knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance


*Proactive, professional and confident


*Student lettings experience is desirable but not essential
