The opportunity
You’ll be trained to become a specialist Recruitment Consultant, learning how to:
*Identify and headhunt high-calibre professionals
*Build relationships with senior decision-makers
*Develop new business
*Manage high-value recruitment processes
*Negotiate offers
*Close deals
*Build your own client portfolio
*Develop a valuable professional network

*£28,000–£30,000 basic
*£55,000+ realistic Year 1 OTE
*£80,000+ potential Year 2 earnings

Requirements
*2024 graduate with commercial experience
*2025 graduate with a 2:1 or above
*2026 graduate predicted a 2:1 or above
