Full job descriptionAn excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor to join a leading international law firm on an interim basis.
Client Details
The team advises a broad range of clients across the infrastructure, real estate, energy, transport, housing and development sectors on complex and high-value construction projects throughout the UK and internationally.
Description
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating construction documentation, including:
*JCT and NEC contracts
*Professional appointments
*Collateral warranties
*Development and funding agreements
*Security documentation and related project agreements
*Advising clients on procurement strategies and project delivery structures
*Supporting major development, infrastructure and regeneration projects
*Working closely with clients, consultants, contractors and project stakeholders
*Providing commercially focused risk assessment and contract management advice
Profile
*Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales (or equivalent common law jurisdiction)
*Proven experience within a recognised construction practice
*Strong background in non-contentious construction matters
*Comfortable handling matters autonomously while collaborating with wider project teams
*Excellent drafting and stakeholder management skills
*Available to commence an assignment in the near term
