Location – Hybrid (3DPW)
Salary – £40,000
VIQU are partnering with a leading organisation who are seeking an Infrastructure Product Delivery Consultant to coordinate and drive the delivery of infrastructure change across complex technology environments. The successful Infrastructure Product Delivery Consultant will work across infrastructure, cloud, platform and product teams, taking ownership of delivery planning, dependencies, risks and stakeholder communication to ensure infrastructure changes and technology projects are delivered effectively. You will need a strong understanding of infrastructure technologies alongside proven technology delivery experience, with responsibility spanning project delivery, cutover planning, supplier coordination, governance and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities of the Infrastructure Product Delivery Consultant:
• Coordinate infrastructure delivery across platform, engineering, cloud operations and wider technology teams
• Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure changes and technology projects, ensuring agreed timescales, scope, quality and outcomes are achieved
• Track delivery milestones, technical dependencies, risks and issues, driving resolution and escalating where required
• Act as a key point of contact between infrastructure, platform, product and application teams
• Translate platform and business requirements into clear infrastructure deliverables
• Plan and coordinate complex implementation, deployment and cutover activities, including change management and post-go-live support
• Manage third-party suppliers and coordinate their delivery against wider project plans
• Drive Agile and DevOps ways of working, improving delivery processes, tooling and collaboration across teams
• Support resource and capacity planning to ensure infrastructure delivery commitments can be achieved
• Provide clear delivery reporting, including progress, KPIs, risks, blockers and dependencies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Key Experience Required of the Infrastructure Product Delivery Consultant:
• Proven experience delivering infrastructure or technology projects within complex enterprise environments
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure technologies including networks, firewalls, servers, operating systems, security and cloud solutions
• Experience managing infrastructure delivery across multiple technical, platform and application teams
• Strong project delivery skills covering planning, risk, dependency, financial, resource and quality management
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to communicate, influence and negotiate across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience working within governance, security and compliance requirements
• Strong leadership and coordination skills, with the ability to drive delivery through cross-functional teams without direct line management
