This is an immediate-start role supporting a busy team, ideal for someone with strong admin, data entry and Excel skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment. *Location: Fleet Street, London (near Temple & Blackfriars)
*Salary: £14.80 per hour + holiday pay
*Length: Temporary role – initially around 2 months
*Start: ASAP
*Working pattern: Hybrid
*Hours: 9:30am – 5:30pm
Responsibilities include:*Reviewing sales orders and client information for accuracy and compliance.
*Maintaining accurate records and data within the CRM system.
*Supporting the Finance team with invoicing and payment-related administration.
*Ensuring contracts and supporting documentation are complete for timely invoicing.
*Providing general administrative support across the team.
About You:*Someone who is highly organised, proactive and has excellent attention to detail.
*Has previous administration or data entry experience.
*Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
*Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
*Good organisational and communication skills.
*The ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy, collaborative environment.
