September 2026 Start | Long-Term Until July 2027 | Full-Time | 3-Form Entry Primary School
Tradewind Recruitment is working with a well-organised, 3-form entry primary school in Slough that is seeking a dedicated KS2 Class Teacher to join their team from September 2026 for the full academic year. This is a stable, forward-thinking school with strong leadership and a reputation for supporting staff exceptionally well. The role is flexible on year level dpending on the candidate.

The Role*Full-time KS2 class teacher (year group to be confirmed based on experience)
*Full class teacher duties including planning, assessment, reporting, and parent meetings
*Collaborative planning with two other teachers in the year group
*Opportunity to take on subject responsibilities if desired
*Potential for extension into the 2027-2028 academic year depending on performance
Requirements*QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
*Strong KS2 teaching experience or well-supported ECT placement experience
*Effective behaviour management and ability to create an engaging learning environment
*A reflective practitioner committed to improving outcomes for all learners
*Able to commit for the full academic year
