The Role
*Join a supportive Commercial Disputes team in Birmingham.
*Manage a varied caseload covering contractual, property, directors’ duties, nuisance, trespass and wider commercial disputes.
*Handle matters autonomously while supporting senior lawyers on complex litigation.
*Work with businesses, insurers, Counsel and other stakeholders.
*Develop your technical expertise within a technology-led legal environment.

*Qualified Solicitor with Commercial Disputes/Litigation experience.
*Confident managing a varied caseload.

*Comfortable embracing technology and modern ways of working.
