Your new role

This housing litigation solicitor role will see you handle your own caseload of housing disrepair claims that are both pre and post-litigated. You will draft interlocutory applications, liaise with Counsel and manage cases through to settlement. You can look forward to working within a well rated team that can provide plenty of support.


What you’ll need to succeed

You should be a housing litigation lawyer at NQ to 6 PQE. Applications are also invited from personal injury lawyers who are looking to retrain into this discipline.
