The Role
You’ll lead multiple construction and passive fire protection projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage multiple projects nationwide.
*Lead site teams and subcontractors.
*Build and maintain strong client relationships.
*Oversee project budgets, programmes, and compliance.
*Drive operational improvements and project success.
*Support the future growth and strategic direction of the business.
What We’re Looking For
Essential
Strong construction background
Experience in Project or Contracts Management
Building development experience
Commercial awareness and leadership skills
Full UK Driving Licence
Ability to travel and stay away when required
Desirable
Passive Fire Protection knowledge
Fire Stopping experience
SMSTS & CSCS qualifications
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects
