Full job descriptionKCR Solutions are delighted to be working with an established and growing business to recruit an Assistant Management Accountant to support its finance team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a motivated finance professional to develop their accounting expertise while contributing to the delivery of accurate financial reporting and effective financial management.
Key Responsibilities
*Assist in the production of accurate monthly management accounts.
*Prepare and distribute weekly financial reports.
*Prepare weekly cash flow reports.
*Support the preparation of annual and monthly budgets.
*Assist with the preparation of financial information for annual audits.
*Respond to auditor queries and support audit processes.
*Assist with the preparation of quarterly VAT returns.
*Assist with the preparation of P11D returns.
*Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and procedures.
*Undertake additional duties as required by management.
Requirements
*Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
*Experience working within multi-company or group company environments.
*Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
*Studying towards or holding a professional accounting qualification such as CIMA, ACA, or ACCA (part-qualified or qualified)
