Job Description:
Full job descriptionAJ Chambers are working with a top tier law firm renowned for its excellent culture, strong career development opportunities and commitment to its people. They are looking for a Construction Associate to join its growing team in London.
Main Responsibilities:
*Involved with projects from the outset and work with clients to shape their procurement and contracting strategies.
*Negotiating and draft all types of construction, development and project documentation
*Preparing client agreements
*Working on some large projects for commercial
*Formal disputes
Key Requirements:
*NQ- 2 Year’s PQE Construction Associate
*Must have non contentious construction law experience
*A good knowledge of Contracts and appointments including JCT, NEC and EPC forms
*Strong Communication skills
