Tradewind Recruitment is working with primary schools across Warrington that are looking for enthusiastic and reliable support staff to join their teams for long term opportunities.
This Level 2 Teaching Assistant position would suit someone who enjoys being actively involved in classroom learning and wants to make a positive difference to pupils throughout the school day. You will work alongside teachers to support learning, encourage independence and provide additional help where pupils need it most.
As a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in Warrington, you will:
*Support pupils across EYFS, KS1 or KS2
*Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning
*Assist teachers with classroom activities and resources
*Encourage positive behaviour and independent learning
*Provide useful feedback to teachers about pupil progress
*Support children with different abilities and learning needs
The ideal Level 2 Teaching Assistant will have:
*A recognised Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
*Previous experience working with children
*Good communication and teamwork skills
*A patient, positive and proactive approach
*A genuine interest in supporting children’s education
