Are you passionate about supporting children with additional needs and making a lasting impact on their lives? We are looking for a caring, resilient, and dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a fantastic school in Sutton.
Your Role:
Support students with PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) and other Special Educational Needs (SEN)
Assist with personal care while promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing
Help manage and support pupils with challenging behaviour using positive behaviour strategies
Work closely with teachers and specialists to provide tailored support
Encourage students to achieve their full potential both academically and socially
What We’re Looking For:
Experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Comfortable providing personal care support
Patient, compassionate, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for helping young people succeed
