Full job description7.5T Driver – Temp to Perm
We are looking for an experienced 7.5T Driver to join a busy distribution company, delivering to businesses across the Surrey and South West London.This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering £16.00 per hour, with regular overtime available.
The role will involve:*Completing daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is safe and roadworthy
*Driving a 7.5T vehicle safely and efficiently
*Delivering goods to businesses across your allocated patch
*Loading and unloading the vehicle each day
*Building strong relationships with regular customers
*Providing a professional and friendly customer service
*Following delivery schedules and ensuring all deliveries are completed on time
To be considered, you will need:*A valid 7.5T / C1 driving licence
*A valid Tachograph card
*Up-to-date Driver CPC
*At least 6 months’ experience driving HGV/LGV vehicles
*A flexible approach and willingness to work overtime when required
*Availability to work occasional Saturday mornings
*Good customer service and communication skills
Hours: Starting at 6:00am each morning
Pay: £16.00 per hour
Overtime: Regular overtime available
Type: Temp to Perm
Please note: You must be available to work some Saturday mornings as part of the role.
