Salary: £26,500 – £28,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm

We are looking for a Junior Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play a key role in supporting our recruitment operations and clients.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to candidates, commercially minded, and keen to build a career within recruitment.

Previous recruitment experience is beneficial but not essential — we’re looking for the right attitude, work ethic and willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities*Candidate sourcing and database searches
*Making candidate calls and building strong relationships
*Candidate registrations and onboarding
*Chasing and managing compliance requirements
*Coordinating interviews
*Booking workers and managing availability
*Managing candidate availability and daily requirements
*Client administration and account support
*Maintaining and updating the CRM system
*Vacancy management
*Writing and posting job adverts
*Conducting candidate database searches
*Dealing with day-to-day candidate queries
*Supporting urgent client requirements
*Providing general recruitment and account support
