Our client is currently recruiting for a Skilled Production/Manufacturing Operative to join their growing team based in Hungerford.
The Duties
*Machine Operation: Setting up, adjusting, and repairing industrial machinery to meet output targets.
*Quality Control: Inspecting finished components, keeping accurate records, and adhering to strict specifications.
*Operating production and manufacturing machinery safely
*Completing daily tasks and following production schedules
*Maintaining high standards of health & safety, quality and efficiency
*Supporting improvement projects and general factory operations
*Keeping work areas clean, organised and hazard-free
The person
*Previous experience within a similar role
*Great interpersonal skills
*Articulate communicator
*Hands on, a can do, get the job done attitude.
*A team player who is able to motivate others
*Health and Safety aware
