We are looking for dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team!
At Holme Lodge we specialise in supporting people who have varying needs as a result of physical and long-term neurological conditions, including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, head/brain injury, motor neurone disease, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, Parkinson’s disease, speech impairment, spina bifida and hydrocephalus.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Lead and mentor a team of support workers to deliver exceptional care
*Develop, implement and review person-centred care plans
*Provide practical and emotional support with daily living, personal care, and activities
*Monitor outcomes and document changes in care or wellbeing
*Liaise with families, professionals, and colleagues to ensure consistent, tailored support
*Ensure compliance with safeguarding, policies, and CQC standards
*Support the onboarding and training of junior staff
What You’ll Need
*Previous experience in a senior support working role
*NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care
*Must be Medication Administration trained
*Strong supervision and communication skills
*Excellent care planning & record keeping experience
*Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and nights if required
