Pay & Benefits
*Hourly Rates:
*HCAs & Support Workers: From £19.00/hr (PAYE rolled up)

*Senior Care Roles: From £21.50/hr (PAYE rolled up)


*Free Accommodation: Shared client-provided accommodation included for your full placement.

*Travel Reimbursed: All ferry travel to and from the islands is covered by Randstad.

*Contract Length: Flexible 12-week minimum commitment, with extensions up to 6 months available.

*Time Off: Take up to 2 weeks of leave if extending past your initial 12 weeks.

Requirements
*Proven experience in a relevant care or support setting.

*SSSC registration (or willingness to register).

*Full right to work in the UK.

*Ability to commit to a minimum 12-week deployment away from home.
