Full job description Manpower is delighted to be recruiting for a Trainee Panel Technician on behalf of a leading accident repair business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for vehicles who is looking to start a long-term career within the automotive repair industry.

As a Trainee Panel Technician, you will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals, developing the skills needed to repair and replace vehicle body panels to the highest industry standards.

The package:
*Full time Perm position
*Monday to Friday (This is a fully Onsite-based role)
*Location: Doncaster DN2
*Hours: 8:00am- 5:00pm (40 hours a week)
*Salary on offer: £12.71 Per hour
*25 days holidays plus bank holidays
*Excellent benefit package

The Role

Working as part of a busy and supportive workshop team, you will learn a range of panel repair techniques, from minor cosmetic repairs through to more advanced structural repairs and vehicle alignment work.

Key responsibilities include:
*Assisting with the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels.
*Learning panel repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles.
*Supporting technicians with structural repairs, panel fitting, and vehicle reassembly.
*Using specialist tools and equipment under supervision.
*Maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
*Following all health and safety procedures.
*Keeping the workshop clean, organised, and efficient.
*Working collaboratively with colleagues across the site.
*Developing technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.
