Position: Receptionist & Front of House Coordinator
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000
Hybrid set up: Fully office-based, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key responsibilities for this Receptionist & Front of House Coordinator position:
• Acting as the first point of contact for all visitors, guests and incoming calls
• Delivering an exceptional front of house experience and creating a warm, professional welcome
• Managing visitor registrations and coordinating with building security
• Taking ownership of seven meeting rooms, including bookings, setup and presentation
• Preparing and serving refreshments for meetings, visitors and events
• Coordinating business breakfasts, lunches and catering requirements
• Supporting video conferences, Teams meetings and meeting room technology
• Managing incoming and outgoing post, courier services and deliveries
• Monitoring office facilities and reporting maintenance issues where required
• Maintaining office supplies, stationery, kitchen stock and front of house consumables
• Assisting with office events, team activities and hospitality requirements
• Supporting facilities administration and the smooth day-to-day running of the office
• Managing access passes, temporary passes and security procedures
• Supporting health and safety responsibilities including First Aid and Fire Warden duties
What background and experience are the company looking for?
• Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House Coordinator, Corporate Receptionist, Front of House Manager, Guest Relations or Hospitality role
• A genuine passion for front of house responsibilities and delivering outstanding customer service
• Professional, polished and highly personable communication style
• Experience within corporate, financial services, luxury hospitality, professional services or airline environments would be highly advantageous
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Confident using Outlook, Microsoft Teams and standard Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach
• Comfortable working independently within a standalone Receptionist & Front of House Coordinator position
• Ability to build strong working relationships with employees, visitors and external stakeholders
• Positive, flexible and adaptable approach to work
• High levels of discretion, professionalism and confidentiality
