The role
*Working with a team of 3 across at an asphalt plant
*Batching asphalt
*Operating the weighbridge
*Operating the loading shovel
*General site maintenance
*Mon- Fri 5:30am to 4:30pm, every other Sat AM, and Sun/ Nights when required
What you need
*A positive attitude to work and keen to learn & develop
*Flexibility in terms of hours, days, and responsibilities
*A loading shovel ticket would be beneficial
*Any experience of asphalt, concrete, cement, aggregates etc, would be beneficial
*Experience of working in an environment where H&S is paramount
