What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as the main point of contact
*Oversee the preparation and review of accounts and management information
*Provide proactive business advice to support client growth
*Mentor and develop junior members of the team
*Support the wider partners with practice development initiatives
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*Proven experience managing a client portfolio at Manager level
*Strong technical accounting knowledge, including UK GAAP
*Excellent communication and client relationship skills
