Full time hours on a temporary basis
* Key Responsibilities
*Lead and deliver consultation and engagement programmes across a range of services, projects and organisational priorities.
*Develop and implement engagement strategies that enable stakeholders and communities to influence decision-making.
*Design and manage consultations, surveys, workshops, focus groups and engagement events.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with community groups, partner organisations and key stakeholders.
*Promote co-production and participation approaches to improve service design and delivery.
*Analyse consultation feedback and engagement data, producing reports, insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
*Ensure engagement activities are inclusive and reach diverse and under-represented groups.
*Provide expert advice and guidance on consultation and engagement best practice.
*Support transformation, change and policy development programmes through effective stakeholder engagement.
*Monitor and evaluate the impact of engagement activities, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.
*Manage external suppliers, consultants and commissioned engagement projects where required.
*Ensure consultation and engagement activities comply with relevant legislation, organisational policies and equality principles.
