This role would suit a qualified or part-qualified accountant with solid UK practice experience, ready to take ownership of a varied client portfolio spanning multiple sectors. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality accounts and business services work, while also mentoring junior colleagues and building lasting client relationships.

What is the day-to-day of the role:
*Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, preparing statutory accounts and management information
*Review work prepared by junior members of the team, providing guidance and support
*Liaise directly with clients to build strong, lasting working relationships
*Assist with tax computations and business services compliance work
*Support senior management with ad hoc projects and process improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications:
*Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
*ACA, ACCA, or QBE qualified (or nearing qualification)
*Strong technical accounts and business services knowledge, including UK GAAP
*Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage client relationships confidently
*Proficient in relevant accountancy software packages
