An exciting opportunity for an experienced Payroll Speciliast to join a growing organisation, supporting clients with complex payroll queries, reconciliations, compliance, and payroll delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
*Manage complex payroll queries and escalations
*Conduct payroll reconciliations, audits, and validations
*Support payroll compliance and legislative requirements
*Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies
*Create training materials and support team development
*Collaborate with internal teams to improve payroll processes
What We’re Looking For:
*UK payroll experience (CIPP Preferable)
*Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, and compliance
*Experience handling complex payroll calculations and reconciliations
*Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
*Confident using payroll systems and Excel
*Customer-focused with strong attention to detail
