Description
*Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic business decisions.
*Prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
*Analyse financial performance and identify areas for cost optimisation.
*Collaborate with operational teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
*Deliver regular financial reporting to senior stakeholders.
*Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
*Support the development of financial models to assess business opportunities.
*Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Finance Business Partner should have:
*Professional qualification in accounting or finance, such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
*Strong CVR experience
*Experience in the construction industry or a related sector.
*Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
Job Offer
*Salary ranging from £70,000 to £80,000, dependent on the level of experience, plus package
