Salary: Up to £24,000
We are working with a growing financial services business who are looking to appoint a Financial Services Administrator to join their team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career within financial services, with the chance to gain valuable experience supporting Financial Planners and working directly with client information and financial products.
The Role
As a Financial Services Administrator, you will provide administrative support to the wider Operations and Financial Planning teams, helping to ensure clients receive a high level of service.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Financial Planning team
*Prepare financial planning reports and client correspondence
*Liaise with providers to obtain policy and product information
*Assist with applications, fact finds and client documentation
*Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
*Support new client onboarding and ongoing client communications
*Assist with general team administration and ad-hoc projects
*Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure deadlines are met
*Follow company compliance, confidentiality and FCA requirements
We are looking for someone who is organised, motivated and keen to build a career within financial services.
You will ideally have:
*Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work
*Good written and verbal communication skills
*Good organisational and time management skills
*A willingness to learn and develop within financial services
*The ability to work effectively as part of a team
*A professional and client-focused approach
*Good IT skills and confidence learning new systems
Previous financial services experience is not essential, making this an ideal opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who is keen to learn.
